Her foster mom has this to say:

"Phoebe is a sweet, loving, goofy pup looking for her forever home. She loves spending her day going for walks, laying and rolling in the grass, playing with her toys, and taking naps. She's definitely more of a homebody and though she is good and calm in public situations, she seems to prefer to hang at home. She is great with her crate. She will nap in it during the day and sleeps through the night in it as well. She is still young, so she needs training especially for being mouthy. When she is excited and playful she will use her mouth, therefore I don't recommend a home with small children. Even though she likes them, she can be a lot for them. Phoebe doesn't like other dogs in her space so a pet free home is a must. She is honestly one of the sweetest, easy going dogs I've met, and will make a great companion!"
