His foster mom has this to say:
 

"Odie is adorable with a lot of teenage puppy energy! He knows the following commands: sit, down, wait, stay, paw, place, look and heel. He is completely crate trained. He enjoys playing, whether it’s indoors or outdoors. He also enjoys car rides. Odie is very observant, as he likes to watch other dogs and animals in our neighborhood. If you are interested in Odie, please consider filling out an application so we can schedule a private visit. He does not always do well at adoption events simply because he gets overstimulated with all of the other dogs there. He does enjoy playing with other dogs though.
