Introducing Rook!

 

His est DOB is 09/27/25, and he's neutered, HW negative, and weighs 57lbs.

His foster mom has this to say:

"There are so many good things to say about Rook!! He has a very calming presence. He loves everyone he’s met! Rook is fostered with young children and another dog. He has adjusted so well and quickly made himself at home. He is a ‘gentle giant’ with all. As much as he loves to play with our dog and kids, he always loves to snuggle up on the couch for some well earned chill time. Bonus points if you give him belly rubs!! We are working on leash walking but so far he has been great going on walks at the park. Outside time is his favorite time. He loves to roll around in the grass and get more belly rubs. He isn’t the biggest fan of water but after baths he loves getting his coat brushed. He also has a super strong sniffer!! He’s very food motivated and has been doing great with table manners. When it’s cooking time in our house, he won’t be seated too far away, knowing that if he’s a good boy, he’s in for a good treat! Rook is learning to be crate trained while we are working out of the house, but can be left out knowing he’ll be patiently waiting for his loved ones to come home! He does sleep out of the crate at night. Best part of not ‘needing’ a crate for him, he’s potty trained!! Rook would make a great addition to any type of household looking for their newest best friend. Whether that’s a home with dogs or without, with kids or without. He’s the bestest boy."
