Introducing Sebastian! He is a little under 9 years old, weighs 53lbs, neutered, and HW-. Sebastian had his world turned upside down when his owner passed away. He recently had a dental and blood work done, and got a clean bill of health.
 

His foster mom has this to say:

"Sebastian is a gorgeous Australian Shepherd fella. He has all the characteristics of of the Aussie breed. He's very sensitive, intelligent, and sometimes stubborn. He's very devoted and a great protector.

He loves to be outside and walks great on a leash, but can be reactive to loud or fast moving things (bikes, motorcycles, children) and strangers. He's gone through a very hard time recently with his mom passing away. He's been, understandably, confused and unhappy. He took some time, but is now fine with me, my husband, and our resident dog.

He is perfectly house trained. No accidents or chewing things he shouldn't. He does guard his resources, which is to be expected with his breed and circumstances. Sebastian would do best in a home that is calm, with no small children. Any introductions to pets should be gradual. An enclosed yard would be nice since he loves being outside.

A patient and sympathetic mom who is familiar with herding breeds, and the behaviors that come with them would be amazing."
