Introducing Jesse 😍

His est DOB is 05/19/26. and he weighed 25lbs at his vet appt on 10/1. Mom & dad are unknown, but we're guessing Hound/Pittie mix.

His foster mom has this to say:

"Jesse is a spunky boy with lots of character. He loves to tell you about his day and how much he missed you while you were gone. He is a daredevil with a heart of gold. When in a pen he is a bit boisterous but when he is able to approach a dog on his own he is much more open to meeting friends. He loves my dogs and greets them with kisses. He also loves to snuggle. He gives the sweetest kisses and everyone loves his eye spot, just like Petey from the Little Rascals."
