FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED!

This pretty little lady is Sassy. 

 

Sassy is 7 years old, and we believe a Chihuahua/Dachshund mix. She was an owner surrender when her elderly owners could no longer care for her.

 

Sassy came up from TN with another senior dog, and is in a foster home that isn’t suited for her. It was only meant as a temporary “landing spot” to ensure we could save her from the shelter. So while a forever home would be great, a new foster home would still be beneficial for her.

 

Our volunteer has this to say about Sassy:

“Sassy is a total dreamboat! She can be shy, but she's a total love bug and just wants ALL the love and treats. She is crate trained and house-broken. She puts herself back in her crate when she feels overwhelmed, and seems to not like commotion so a calmer home would be best.”
