Introducing Jasper! He is from the 'J' litter, weighs about 15lbs currently, and his est DOB is 4/3/25. Breed is unknown, but mom is in the last pic.

 

His foster mom has this to say:

"Jasper is very smart, playful, and loves everyone. He can be shy at first, but warms up quickly and loves kids, other dogs, and even cats. We're working on crate training & housebreaking, he whines when he needs to go outside."
