Meet Butch! This handsome, blue-eyed boy was found abandoned in North Philadelphia. He was tied to a fence and left alone with no food or water to fend for himself. Some Good Samaritans stopped to help him and learned he was a very friendly boy, and also deaf. Butch is about three years old and does well with other dogs and children, but would do better in a home without cats. He is working on learning some basic hand signals. He is a very smart guy and already knows sit and come! Butch is great on a leash and enjoys going for walks, but prefers to lounge around and nap most of the day. His fosters recently learned he is an expert at catching treats!
